What Does It Consist Of?
A declaration of new construction documents physical modifications to a registered property, such as constructing a building. This declaration is made by the registered property owner.
It can be for a completed building or one under construction. In the latter case, the issuance of a certificate of completion is required.
Lastly, declarations of new construction that do not involve extinguishing co-ownership or property allocation can be requested via videoconference.
